A track made on the road: all efforts are valuable when it’s about saving the world

Dan aka IIRs gives his contribution to the cohmpetition (read while listening): “I started it on a tour bus somewhere in eastern europe, using a laptop and headphones, then finished it off at home today (in Sheffield, UK). I earn my living mixing live sound, but make tunes for my own amusement using Tracktion or more recently Reaper. This one was done in Reaper, using 4 or 5 instances of the Minimonsta demo, plus a Chameleon, a couple of Synth 1’s and a synth I made myself with Synthedit. The drums were all programmed with Microtonic, except the crash cymbal which was a sample loaded into Reaper’s included sample player.”

I love beats like this one. Very nice. A bit old school but quite groovy.
